[CQ] Xerox DocuCentre-III C4400

hello everyone

DocuCentre-ⅡC4300G/Apeos Port-ⅡC4300G
DocuCentre-ⅢC4400/Apeos Port-ⅢC4400

i've put a new ITB & 4 new developers in this machine but i'm still having C/Q issues

Magenta looks washed out & grainy as if i had not put a new dev in at all

Black is faded/washed out only on the left hand side of prints

any pointers please would be very much appreciated

i gather you might already have tried this, but have you cleaned the laser scanner glass. is it with printing also or just photocopying. if you move the drums around does it follow certain drums. All obvious I know, but just my 2c
