[Dead] Xerox wc 7232 ready problem

Hi everybody, my machine xerox wc 7232 do not get ready. During start the UI display shows "please wait ...." and the progress bar indicator halts at the half way. Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

-any error mesages on UI!
-remove network cable and Power On again.

check, reset or replace memory dimms.

There is no error message, network cable is not connected and the progress bar is 1/3rd of its way. Still the problem persists.

Yesterday I'm solved very similar problem with wc7232, try to reseat memory dimm, STD pwb dimms. In my case I've replaced new STD pwb dimm(with R1 sticker on it).
