I have 5 Xerographic Modules which will not work for various reasons. The following are the fault codes .

    1- 9.304
2 -9.334 Toner control patch low
    3- 9.334 & 9.350
    3- 9.338 & 9.350
    4- 9.350 Xerographic module open & 9.338
    5- 9.380 Transfer arc fault

Sometimes after putting a module in Adjustments are in progress comes up and stays up and finally prints a page but the black Xerox bar at top is faded.

Is it possible all of these modules are bad or is there something else wrong?

    Check developer assembly and developer.
Clean or replace donor roll, replace developer.

Do you have new photoreceptor module?
How many copies you have on module`s?

A week ago copies started getting dirty on a fairly new Xerographic unit so I ordered a Xerographic module. New xerographic unit arrived Monday and displayed printer unavailable, printer fault.Monday I took apart Developer unit and cleaned 3 month old doner roller with cotton cloth. Developer was replaced 3 months ago also. Only 160,000 copies on developer I was under the impression it should last 500,000-600,000 copies. Put new Xerographic unit back in and it ran perfectly for 118,000 copies and the copies began getting dirty again. Beginning on outside right edge coming in. I am concerned that these Xerographic units off of ebay are bad to begin with. My course of action is to put in new Xerographic module, replace developer and clean doner roller. Is this your opinion? One thing I might add is that it has been a long time since a new Xerographic module lasted 250,000 as it is supposed to and there is alot of toner buildup on the inside of the photoreceptor belts!!!

        developer life approx. 250-300.000 copies
        photoreceptor belt 100-170.000 copies
        donor roll 800-1.000.000 copies
donor roll can be cleaned with nitro thinner or with fine emerypaper.

clean ROS (laser) every 500-600.000 copies.

welcome to the club!!!! these xero modules are causing many xerographic problems (low patch, many seams detected, arc faults, etc), no matter where you buy them (even Xerox), most of them are remanufactured by Xerox having a bad standard quality control, I have had to change them just reaching the 6K copies, all other components for xerographic process are brand new. If you check inside the filter of the new module, you probably see that the filter is dirty. If you reach 100,000 with this module...give thanks to god.

My experience says: Cleaning donor roll on every 100-150K copies will solve this problem. Developer material life lives up to 1 million . I have tryed to 3 millions.
