xerox workcenrtre 5687 has dont go to access mode function i ask to some person this problem is external fiery problem download some driver and add pen drive to work the machine but what i do this process pls if any body known us write to me

You need to reload software on external net controller using altboot procedure.
What softeare version is on the machine ?

13.113.xxx.xxx or 13.120.xxx.xxx
