    6204 U I

    hello every body I have xerox wide format 6204 i change main pwb of CP controller i have problem in U I ( icon exist , no text in U I) can't download UI (text,font,icon) i reload firmware problem still exist THANKS

              Is not the last one but it is ok like software version. I presume you used the network method not the usb method.
              Did you try to download the fonts and ... into UI after reloading software using the pws as you are instructed by service manual ?

                  thanks for your help yes i use 1st usb method than i used network method but i can 't use panel data download (text,font, icon) UI HANGS IN PANEL DATA DOWNLAOD

                          May be the ui is defect or ui part of the 12.0 firmware si bad
                          Take a look and compare the files from panel directory from 1.2.00 NET version
