    xerox 700 connectivity problem

    HI, i have a problem with my xerox 700 - think something with connection (busteled fiery)
    I CAN print normaly from command workstation and from driver, works OK.
    BUT
    I can not connect to the fiery server via IP. I can not acces "server configuration" via CWS, and i cant acces web applications via UI.
    Allso the communication when i print with driver seems slow.
    What could it be?

    Reinstall Fiery software.
    It's the quickly method.

      Make sure you have a crossover cable connected from the scan port on the Fiery to the net port on the 700.

        hi, cable is ok, network scanning is allso working

          I've seen this problem with a DC252. Even though the crossover cable worked when I tested it, replacing the crossover cable (then reboot) fixed the problem. This customer still has the issue pop up once in a while and they fix it by disconnecting both ends of the crossover cable, power the machine off, reconnect the crossover cable then power back on.
