My XEROX 7545 lost speed. It show 7525...On boot ..Device not work
I try firmware altboot 3 time not work .....
How can i do......?????

Just fixed one of 75xx with same problem ( UI show diferent speed ).

New FLASH ROM,new HDD and altboot did not fix this issue.

Bad SBC was the problem.

-I replaced SBC PWB and battery on FLASH MODUL and I did ALTBOOT.
-You will loose all counters. Everything will start again from zero
-The device after altboot end few restarts go to NON CUSTOMRE MODE
-Use DC 131 nvm 616-014 set from 0 to 2 ( install phase compleate ).
-Finaly you do install procedure.

get lock on the attachments
first question in img 75xx if this the NVM that you unpack battery ?
second question in img 75xx 2 you need to insert the Xerox SIM for speed sittings
did you look for the SIM CARD in try 1 or try 2 in Hideaway Place ??

in the 322-352 code
Serial number data is stored at three locations:
MCU NVM PWB
SBC NVM PWB
IIT/IPS PWB.

in the information Button can you see any serial number ??

Just reviving this topic for one quick question and i think it's usefull for others: where can the nvm battery be found? Found it quickly on a xerox 7428 but on 7530 can't seem to find it. I could use some help, please.

Just reviving this topic for one quick question and i think it's usefull for others: where can the nvm battery be found? Found it quickly on a xerox 7428 but on 7530 can't seem to find it. I could use some help, please.

I disabled pagepack and it keeps showing me the message "the machine is in a non-client mode". But the message was even before i disabled pagepack. Does it affect the normal functions of the machine this "non-client mode"? And now it doesn't recognize any toner. I guess it went out of the metered mode and i must change the chips on the toners. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you

if machine is "Non-Custumer Mode" you must change the NVM 616-014 to "2", and restart to procedure de customer mode.

Getting this ERROR - "341.371.00 SIM Insertion Required" in my Xerox WorkCentre 7535,
actually I don't found (missing) the sim card in port and tray storage area also.
Please suggest the solution for this problem,
