What software version ?
Go to UI diagnostic, enter dc301 and select copier on the left, print engine in center, ALL on the right.
Do not restore nvm's saved before with dc361 -

1.unpack battery from "960K65323"
2.short circuit
3.format HDD with PC..
4.Everything lost......OMG...
5.try firmware altboot 3 time...not work ...
6.Boot show 7525
7. Show error 341-371-00, 322-352-00

i buy device in thailand. It second hand devices from USA. not warranty..by xerox

If this second machine is operational you can try to put 960K pwb from nonworking machine inTO the operational machine. If 960k is good the operational machine will work. If 960k is bad you cant recover it.
Put back the original 960K in the operational machine.Comment

But it is show "a power on failure" on screen. Try altboot many time. it can't solve How can i do it

This machine has builtin diagnostic. No external diagnostic or pws tool.
Only altboot from pws but you need an unusual serial cable for that.

NVM save and restore with PWS NVM Save & Restore tool
download the Attachments file for your Xerox

first question in img 75xx if this the NVM that you unpack battery ?
second question in img 75xx 2 you need to insert the Xerox SIM for speed sittings
did you look for the SIM CARD in try 1 or try 2 in Hideaway Place ??
in the 322-352 code
Serial number data is stored at three locations:
MCU NVM PWB
SBC NVM PWB
IIT/IPS PWB.
in the information Button can you see any serial number ??Xerotk.com
