Hi ,

Can any one give me the odio procedure for this model , we need to wipe the hard disk .

After pressing tools i only see device settings , no security settings

You have to log in as the administrator. When logged in as the admin, you will have many more options available in tools.

login=admin
password=1111

The previous owner changed the login code , admin and 1111 does not work

Is not so simple. What software version is on the machine ?
Do you want a working machine after hdd wipe or your need is to remove any informations from hdd ?

i have odio procedure en password reset procedure for all models except for this model .
clearly i need a working machine after wipe , we want to sell it , but all information has to be deleted .

i can check software version tomorrow .

In this situation you need diagnostic software for the machine.
For several software versions the only way to reset admin passwd is to reload machine software.
