[Dead] docucolor 240 not starting

Hello everyone, while updating the firmweare my docucolor 240 went wrong and since then no longer loads. The progress bar stops at the first and only DAFTgoes up and down. The DC240 will not start with no alternate boot. I have the pws and the floppy disk NVM. How can I restore everything as other alternative? Thanks in advance. and sorry for my English.

Post a image of the pws you have. What firmware was before and what sw version did you tried to update ?

I have the pws version 1.0 (as soon as possible I put the photo). As for the firmweare I used EFIGS all in one version 1.210.6. However I have previously saved settings DC 240 by pws. There is no way to put the whole thing, because now the pws does not connect to DC 240.

Something wrong in paradise - 1.210.xx is for dc242-260 machine.
Really did you uploaded this file version ?

Never happen to me this. Probably you need to change some electronic boards.

I tried to install both the R1 ROM MF that the card NVM (where the battery) on a DC 250 to a colleague of mine and they work well. I also tried to connect the HDD to the computer but does not recognize it as a hard drive. I do not know if changing HDD takes a softweare system administrator about it.

I tried to connect hdd to the computer but is not recognized. I was wondering if it was possible to reinstall the softweare HDD and firmweare the USB port (type B) with stick to 8gb. Before making trouble ....... best to ask. thanks

And find you into service manual a procedure for reloadind firmware using usb ports or usb stick memory ?
If machine accepted the wrong firmware file and the flash devices from CCM electronic board was writed then you cant communicate with machine anymore.
