WC 7775 - Not printing yellow?

Hi All,

Got a 7775 that started displaying 'There is a problem with the xerographic system. Please call for assistance'. Swapped out the drums and toners one by one and after changing the Cyan toner it started printing again but noz Yellow won't print. C, M and K all come out fine, bu twith no yellow greens come out blue, etc. There is a small band down one side of the prints where yellow is present (please see image) but that's it. Have tried different yellow drums and toners, no dice.

Any ideas?

Make a copy of something yellow and do a hard stop. Pull the IBT belt out and check for an image.

The cause could be several things. My initial thought was that maybe the drum was not seated correctly in the R4 slot. Thus only making contact with the IBT belt on one side.

what's the exact error code? could be dispesner not pushing yellow from toner, could be a few other things, get back with error code, thanks

Thanks for the replies. There is no current error code. As far as the machine is concerned it's printing fine :/

No yellow on the IBT Belt when checked after a hard stop, so I'm guessing something with the dispenser.

Now saying copying and printing not available but no current error code.

check the Bracket in yellow Developer Housing
or ATC Cover

Fault 093-314 (393-314) for Yellow resets with 762-312
Fault 093-315 (393-315) for Magenta reset with 762-313
Fault 093-316 (393-316) for Cyan resets with 762-314
Fault 093-317 (393-317) for Black resets with 762-315

also, developer gears could be stripped or jammed, need to check those also or dispenser gears.
