Old version for XP.
Sometime SP3components conflict with WCPS.
Or Java version or antivirus, firewall,....
Therr is nee version for Win7

I've fixed yellow misregistration. I replace the copy cartridge and it helped

But

I can't do anything with machine.

is still persist. (Via Diagnostic Navigator)

What WCPS version you use and on what operating system -Win7 or XP ?

Print to machine from Microsoft Word or from other software application one A4 page with light yellow, another with light magenta, other page with light cyan.
Check how the pages looks also you can check how look the images on IBT.

What WCPS version you use and on what operating system -Win7 or XP ?

Did you try to reinstall Diagnostic software?

Yes, I did.
But nothing helps.
The machine works, but yellow color misregistration. That why I decided to connect with Diagnostic Navigator.
I tried to reinstall controller software with alternate boot. And everything went well. But I still have the some problem.
Sorry for my english, sometimes it's difficult to explain in english.

So, the machine is working, but you cannot connect with Diag Navigator?

Please look at the picture, probably somebody faced this problem.
