    I think your problem is the rollers dont rotate and dont feed the paper bcause the kit is misplaced.

    Really appreciate that adriansto,i'll look for that in next visit but does it really generates a continuous misfeed indication if anything wrong with that feeding kit or it will only create problem when paper feeding?

    Remove the rollers kit from DADF and check it. Check if the gears from this kit are ok
    When put the kit back be sure it is in corect position so the rollers can be rotated by the drive mechanism.
    I think your problem is the rollers dont rotate and dont feed the paper bcause the kit is misplaced.

    My bad i forgot to check the fault history and chain link Thanks for pointing me to the right direction.
    Did anyone came across this issue before specially with this model?

    Check the two in the top cover. The one on the bottom usually gets dislodged.

    And what jam chainlink do you have? There in the DADH more than two sensors.

    WC 5755 Misfeed indication in Document feeder

    have cleaned both of these marked sensors as seen in attachment but still can't get rid of misfeed indication in Document feeder area.for the moment i have unplugged the Document feeder so costumer can make copies through scanner glass.

    kindly suggest.
