    Xerox WC 5845 not booting up

    First time I have seen a Xerox, but got sent to this 5845, the screen is stuck at this, any short cut or shall I book it for a Xerox traned tech!?

      The system software is corrupt. Altboot to latest spar or general release ssw.

          If you have a service contract book a tech, if you dont, make an altboot usb stick with the latest firmware and put it in the back usb port before you turn it on.
