Energy saver button blinking only

Swapped out power supply and still get energy saver button blinking only. Black screen. Nothing else happens.

any thoughts?

You didn't mention make and model, but I have seen the hard drive cause this on Samsung machine

pls chk dc power supply for 5vdc or 3.3vdc output ?if normal then remove hdd and reboot machine ,mc recover?if same problem pls chg ess board and after recover pls set energy saver to off .

at the moment i still searcing my old archieve for this model SM ..for countermeasure u can set low and sleep mode to max time.

NVM 616-002 is used to fully disable energy saver. It's cheaper than replacing the LVPS [emoji6]

If you can't get the machine to boot up you won't be able to change an NVM setting. It sounds like a LVPS problem but it could also be an electrical short someplace in the machine. If you suspect its a short try to disconnect all units one at a time till you find the one causing the problem.
