[Misc] Xerox Nuvera 120 Not Seeing Multi Function Finisher

Just setting up a new to me Nuvera 120. It it not seeing the finisher. Any suggestions are welcome.

There is a mimic on the DocuSP screen upper right hand corner or a error code is displayed ?

The "mimic" in top right corner only shows feeder and print engine.

The MMF communicate using CAN bus. Check the cables connections and software version.
The printer cant see the mff at start up.

The only cables going to finisher is a 4 or 5 pin power looking cable and a db9 cable. Should there be a ethernet cable going to finisher.

The serial cable perform the connection. Check again.
As I said for this machine you need service manual ewspecially it is the production machine type not only copier / printer machine.

The low voltage power supply in the MMF finisher is known as a inherently defective part. and causes this problem.
