[Dead] DC 252 with fiery bustled dead no 12V or 24V leds

HI,

I have a DC 252, completely dead, when I turn the switch on, there's blank screen, no dadh move, no bypass move, I can only see green 5V and green 3.3V led's on ESS PWB, no 12V or 24V, no led's on MCU PWB also. I have power to the fiery outlet (Fiery turn on good), no power on the Finisher device outlet, checked the ac voltage to the LVPS and there is 0V.

I have replaced Power supply, MCU PWB, ESS PWB, IOT drive PWB, and there is no change, I checked power switch and it seems to work good, I checked cables from LVPS to ESS for continuity and seem good, any help would be appreciated.

I just had a machine where someone sent a bad ESS PWB and the machine acted similarly. Except for a repetitive clicking from the back.
