[Dead] Duplo - j 450 indicates Master set error

Good day Sir, I have this problem upon pressing the start button it always indicates Master set error. Who anybody encounter this
problem and what parts must be replaced? If anyone have this service manual of Duplo kindly please help me to have a copy. Thank you very much and God
