    [Error Code] drum board

riso ez 220 got an error P96-569

Got this error after we replace the ink cartrage.
we found out that this is drum board.

we call the supplier of the machine, even the one who supply the ink and master.

Do we have any solution for this.

    may God bless Us.

Is this a colored drum? if this is a colored drum, dip switch is not set to the proper color, or the ink color is different from the setting of the dip switch

Run service mode 117, then mode 890. It might not accept it if you are using generic ink. God luck
