[CQ] Riso 390 ui Replace Ink Message/Light Prints

I have a Riso 390 ui that says to replace ink. The customer had called somebody and got an ink cartridge.
My deal is after they loaded it, it says to replace.
I went over there and after reseating and toggling PWR. The message went away.
I printed 500 and they were slightly light, but I considered them passable.
Today they called and said it's really light.
Can anyone tell me what the correct ink cartridge model would be for this machine?
Also, any way someone could send me a service manual for this model?

I was told there is a RZ 390 UI and an EZ 390 UI. I do not know which this one is ATM.
I will return to the customer tomorrow and learn more.
Sorry if I lack any info here.
    Thanks for the help

hello maybe the ink bottle is damaged, checks seals nose drum pump, also checks the ink sensor is inside the drum.

OEM Riso ink for either RZ or EZ Riso's in S-4254. Hope it's not some cheap compatible ink, no guarantees there.
Might just need to clean the drum screen/shell area with a solvent cleaner to open up any clogged holes.

There might be air in the bottle. So they might just need to push on the plunger in the bottle until ink comes out and then put the bottle back in. To prevent this from happening ever, have them store the ink bottles with the bottle cap down.
