I have a Riso RZ 390 that was just shipped to me without any apparent damage or mistreatment, but it will not power up, In checking it over I see that 3 red led's on the main circuit board come on when the unit is switched on but no other sign of life. Pressing the 2 power interlocks under the big rear cover doesn't help.. are there others or something else that could have jumped out of position in shipment.. Any ideas would be welcome. Machine is a youngster with under 400M impressions. Thanks in advance.

When you turn on the RISO does it make any sounds of booting up?
I'd agree with VENRISO, check connectors on boards and the operation panel itself too.
