[Misc] Someone here who orders at prntnow?

Hi there,

someone here with order-experience regarding prntnow?

We started building up a small Printing Studio in Berlin a year ago,
at the moment two GR 3750 are running in our back room, mainly
supporting artists and writers with a printing opportunity.

I'm responsible for the maintenance of the machines, a funny job
looking at their age, but we get along well up to now und I hope
they work well for some more time.

In september, i ordered some parts via prntnow, because I was not
able to get the stuff in germany and the quality of parts i got via
alibaba was questionable. Reviews were good so I gave it a try.

I reassurded that the shipping is possible and paid for the parts,
unfortunately since then I don't get answers on mails and no
parts arrived until now. (ordered 3 month ago).

I'd appreciate if someone who also ordered there can give me
a sign that the business still exists, so I can have some hope;-)

Oh! Sound horrible. Been thinking of ordering from them but after reading this it sound like I shouldn't. Thanks for the heads up but sad that it is not working out the way it supposed to!

but I am from Serbia, I have some GR maintenance. Which parts you need. Maybe I have.

i have ordered from them a couple times...in fact just got a part today (friday) that i ordered wednesday night

i cant always get thru but when i do scott is as helpful as he can be

Maybe since it was shipping to another country it got lost or hung up in customs. Did you happen to notice any dates on package?

Since another poster said they just received a package from them then they are still in business. Not answering the phone is reason enough to buy somewhere else. There are many part companies here in USA that would love your business. Just make sure they are capable of providing a tracking # for any orders.
