Hello,
Please, excuse my bad english.
I've using a RP3700 for some months.
I know that sometimes when making a master more than a master sheet is used if the master secuence is interrupted, as when the old master is not ejected ok. Then a blanck master is first done, and then the printed one.
Even when making a master with no fails, you can hear the sound of the old master being ejected, and I've realised that in usually you can hear that more than a single master is being used each time.
Yesterday I checked the master count before and after a master was sended from PC and it resulted that 3 (!) masters where really done for a single one sended.
This is a drama for me because in certain situations, as when printing zines in several colors, the diferrence is huge. I'm in shock
Not sure if this always that way or depends in anything else, as if the drum needs to be inked or the scan plate is being used instead, etc.
Can anybody give me some information?
Is this normal or may I have a missconfiguration?
Thank you
