Still having misfeed issues with our RP3700...
Sometimes it will print 20-30 copies in one go with no problem, other times it can't even print 2 without misfeeding. We've changed the stripper pad, pickup roller & feed tyres to brand new official riso parts, which helped a little but not completely. We're currently printing on fresh 80gsm white paper, but also get problems on thicker paper and with duplex printing.
We've cleaned out the paper feed area, fan, rollers and all parts around the paper feed clutch with spray air. We've also adjusted the green dials to every which way possible - it's working best with the first dial set to 6 o'clock and the second dial to 1 o'clock - but still misfeeding.
We've also adjusted the custom, standard, card & light paper type options on the digital screen and changed the values of these in the test mode, which hasn't made a difference.
We're now thinking that the paper feed clutch might need replacing, as there is dirt/grease around it and there's a bit of a whirring/screeching noise which happens in that area of the machine whenever we get a misfeed.
