    Good day I'm seeking some help or advice on a Riso RZ390.

    2 masters on the drum
    Ink dried up
    Original on glass not face down... keeping it simple cause not sure you have even looked at the machine yet from your description

      +1 on this. Make sure you only have the one master on the drum, and the drum is inking!

      If the drum is getting ink and the master is TRULY blank, then you're probably looking at the Thermal Print Head.

        Good day thanks for your assistance,

        I did check for two master sticking to drum and original scanning blank side and everything was correct.

        I also replace and adjust Thermo Print Head to new resistance. This worked for about a month. Now customer

        called says it is blank again.

          Never had an entire TPH go out, let alone twice. Segments go out and fail yes but not the entire thing. Bad board or wall outlet power problem frying it. Is it on a surge???
