Ricoh duplicator DD3334 miss feeding

Good day friends, i have a Ricoh duplicator that's keeps jamming in the feed roller area, it i may say. Its miss feeding, i have replaced the pick-up and feed rollers but it still jams. Can anyone assist me. I am not so knowledgeable when it comes to duplicators. I am more familiar with copies. Any help will be much appreciated.

How many total prints? Did you also replace the separation pad? 1) Check if the steel axis of the rubber pads rotates, the electromagnetic clutch at the rear of the machine 2) if there are foreign objects where the sheet is blocked.

Have you tried changing the Pressure Lever Position or the Separation Pressure Lever Position. They are covered in the Operations Manual - Advance Printing.
