RISO RV2490C black drum do not suck ink

I am a new user in this forum.
My Riso RV2490C black drum, ink is not sucked after long duplicating papers and papers are waste. But if I pull out and pull in that drum in my machine, two LED of 023-17178 PCB is on and ink is sucked again.

Other my BLUE drum is ok in my same machine. Only black drum is error.

I change ink sensor PCB but same ink error appear. So please guide me how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
