    GR1700 Master Trouble

We have a GR1700 at a client that giving us a fit. Seems like the masters are at fault here. When we load a roll into the machine the green load and cut button does not work at all. We can sometimes get it to load a master, but usually it is off by about 2 inches, it actually doubles over in the clamp and sticks back out about 2 inches. Sometimes it won't load the master at all and just gets fed down before it reaches the cutter. Any ideas what is happening here?
    Thanks
    Kelly

Check the master load sensor for blockage, failure, etc. Might be a scrap of master material blocking the sensor.

Also check the load roller pulley to make sure it is turning. The set screw will back out and will not turn constantly.
