Paper Misfeed Remove paper from C.

I have a Ricoh Standard SD360 Digital Duplicator and I have the Service Manual to it. I'll get paper Misfeed Remove paper from C. According to the service manual it tells me that it the Paper Exit Sensor. I tried to change out the paper exit sensor and i'm still getting the same message. Any ideas???

Is the paper in the exit section or stuck to the drum? If it has not cleanly separated from the drum it could be the air knife.I have also had problems with the transport belts slipping either on the driving roller or on the paper due to the belts being old and dried out. Another thing I have had problems with is the fan running slow or partially obstructed and not able to pull the paper into full contact with the belts.

If it is always the first few sheets it could be an inherent with this model having to do with the slower speed the paper moves at during startup. From the new features guide for the model that replaced it:
With the newer model the exit section was driven by its own motor.

FYI Standard Duplicating SD360 is possibly a relabeled Ricoh DX3343 Product Code 267. The Product code should be on the serial number label. For older and relabeled models it is always better include the product code.
