    riso gr 3750 error T14

    hi. when i start this riso gr 3750 this code appear please help me to resolve this probleme thanks

      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

              Clamp error

              The thing on top of your drum that holds the master down is messed up. Or the dohicky that moves it back and forth in the back of the machine is fubared. good luck, but check and see if there is anything keeping the flap on top of the drum from moving back and forth freely

                              Joelssa12, so what is the solution? Clear the memory? Or physically fix something? Need to print some docs and this T14-163 error code appear.
