rz 390 print drum problem

print drum area 3 lite on when
press position left and right arrow ,then turn on machine ,
any comment or advice are welcome

Not sure what your problem is here. If the #3 light is on, then either the ink tube is not locked in or the drum is not locked in. But if you are going into Test Mode and getting the #3 light on, I have never see that.

not simple ---
sometime running the machine , it will shown the #3 lite on some times error message d04 560
ink tube has a pwb tag reader ,could it be the reason ?

D04-560 = the ink cartridge tag information is not correct or communication with the ink cartridge tag failed.
First try a new ink tube. Make sure it is the correct type & color that the drum is setup for.
Second is a bigger problem, the RF reader in the drum is malfunctioning. Good luck opening drum and replacing the reader, not a job for the inexperienced. Got another drum you can try? Possible the connection to the drum, check the connector in the machine and on the drum.
