I had a paper jam and cleared the drum as per usual. When I went to slide the drum back in it met resistance and now won't go all the way in. However I can't slide it all the way out either. Can anyone please help me unstick this drum?

Sounds like the pressure roller may have gotten released while you were inserting the drum. -

Thanka Andres. urns out it was user error. Somehow I set the drum in the holder wrong and it was catching. Once i managed to get the drum out and seat it correctly it was fine. it was you pointing to the pressure roller that made me look as to where it was catching by taing the front cover off, so even though it was n't the problem you suggested your advice helped and I am grateful for that.Comment
