Riso master problem

i have a problem with the master....
it says REWIND THE MASTER ROLL. I've already replace the master roll with the new one. but it still says the same thing.
is there a SERVICE MODE....any ideas??

What model are you working on?Besides replacing the master roll,have you done anything else?

RP 215. when i pull out the sensor behind the U plate it work normally but i can't make new master because the knife wont cut the master.

When you pull out the sensor behind the U plate it works?Try putting it in s/m and checking the sensor to see if it is working....or replace it with a new one.
