Nashuatec copy printer CP329 blank masters

Hi guys i have a nashuatec cp329 and its working fine,in all other aspect except its producing blank master.i have tried changing,the harness,en the whole optics lamp unit,but still its giving me blank masters,yet am using the correct master correctly installed.

I av inspected the thermal unit and everything seems to be ok.

hello sir you check first the master if there is a cutting if ok check the drum unit and check the ink inside the drum if is enough.

I have worked on many a duplicator.....

When I have experienced blank masters in the past, I would run a test mode that would burn an immage on the master. These images are stored in the image board. If I got a master them I knew it had to be the scanner of the machine and I would look there. If it did not make a master it would point to the image board or the thermal unit. I know this is not much help, but this is what I would do to try and narrow down where the problem could be occuring. good luck

Make sure the master is installed in the correct manner.Upside down will produce blank copies
