Yes the manual is there, I just checked. The GR Service Manual listed will work for you.
What Iowatech wrote is good advice too.
    Good luck.

    Thanks a lot Iowatech,

Unfortunatly, the website you gave me the Url does not propose the GR 3750 service manual (only user manual)
    Any other idea?

Thanks for your advices, I will try again verifying all sensors and switches.

    Regards

For manuals, you might try this:
Just Manuals, The Internet's largest selection of manuals ~ Instant Downloads
Good manuals at a decent price there.
In the mean time though, you might try looking underneath the paper tray to see if something is interfering with the lowering process. Also, there is a swinging plate underneath the tray. That plate is connected to the lower safety tray stop switch, if the plate is bent and binding it can cause that message. To a lesser extent, the cover just above the feed rollers should swing up and down freely as well and is connected to the upper safety tray stop switch, if the cover won't move it can cause that message.
    Hope that helps.

    Hi

First check your paper detection sensor in the middle of your paper tray make sure it is working see if it is not come undone, that is the harness from the paper tray to the connector on machine.

Check to see if your tray lift motor is plugged in, go to test mode 102 and press the paper tray down button, the green one above the feed wheels and see if it lifts.

T2 is a paper tray safety error this means one of the sensors on the side of your paper tray is made when it is suppose to be open. You will find them at the elevator motor side one at the top and one at the bottom. Swap them around and see what happens.

Also check the safety bar above your feed wheels and make sure it is not stuck.
