I have a Riso RP3100. The circuit board battery went dead while unplugged and all factory installed software seems to have disappeared. Do you have a mainboard or software I may repair the unit with?

Hello, We have a Riso RZ220UI and I am looking for part number 10 from the drive mechanism area diagram. The part is labeled >POM< 612-10014. The manufacturer states that this part has been discontinued. Any idea where I could purchase one of these? Thanks
