    Help please. T3 Error FR2950ui

Machine was working fine. Tried to make a master. Didn't work. Machine removed the old master.
There is a clear plastic piece that clips onto a darker plastic thing with fingers which appears to guide the master onto the drum. The clear plastic thing popped off. Put it back on.

There is no master on the drum. Drum is dry and a master isn't going to stick. This happened a few weeks ago, but need to print something if possible.

Get a T3 Call Service error. Cleared it once and panel said making master, but there were no motor noises or anything. Nothing happened and it went back to T3.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Dont worry about the clear plastic piece.Cut a piece of master material and place on the drum under the clamp and run some copies until the drum can/is inked up.Then try and make a master. The T3 is a clamp error...either the clamp is out of position...the magnet had fallen out...or some other Riso problem that escapes me at this time.Just post back when you can
