    Riso CR 1610 stuck drum

Can't get drum back in, what do I look at to line up and get it back in. Customer pulled out to clear jam and rotated drum. I am not very familier with this model.

there is a hole in the drive gear which align with a hole in the frame, you can see it through the drum cavity when turning the gear in the back, or align the timing marks on the drum gear with the main drive in the back you have to swing the main pcb frame out of the way and see the timing mark on the gear.

Customer just called be at 7:30 at night and said she rotated the cylinder the opposite direction and it clicked and then she was able to push the unit back in. Saved me a hour and a half trip.
