rp 3700 error loop: A18-528 --> T22-556 --> A18-528 ...
Hi All,
So I sent a document to print and as it was making a new master, I heard a popping sound. It smelled a little bit like burnt plastic. So I turned the machine off and back on Wwhat I am getting is 2 error messages. The first error is A18-528: print cylinder has been unlocked, to lock it pull it out again and set back in place. The problem is that it is actually locked. And when I press the green cylinder release button, nothing happens and I am getting an error T22-556: system error, press reset key. Pressing the reset key brings me back to the first error A18-528. etc...
Any ideas?
