NO print for Riso GR 1700?

i have new for digital duplicators, my friend Riso GR 1700,when we try to print its no Image, what is the the problem of this? pls help to trouble shot this problem tnx....

Hope the Master is not reversed?! Check proper direction?

Is that master having image through the thermal head.

Is the drum dry? Is the impression roller going up against the drum? Have you tried to print from Test Mode? Need some more info here.

hi..in test mode try pumping ink and check the master if it is inked and stuck on the cylinder
