Re: RP3700 give code T03-522
There is no T03-522 for the rp3700. There is a T01-522, which is position B sensor does not go ON/OFF while the main motor is operating.
If you remove the rear cover, move the pcbs, you will see a sensor on the support plate/frame for the drive, about the middle of the frame. Unscrew the sensor plate and blow out the sensor. Reattach sensor plate and pcbs. Good luck. -

Re: RP3700 give code T03-522
It's a clamp sensor error. (on top of the drum, holds the master). Make sure the magnet A on the rear of the drum is not loose. Could be a problem with the clamp motor or solenoid, too.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment

Re: RP3700 give code T03-522
Sorry Mikadonoran, but the RP clamp ass`y does not have a magnet on. Thats on the GR. The RP uses a motor with two photo- interrupts and a half moon disk. It is located behind the pcbs at the top of the unit. Either the sensors are dirty or the motor/gears are broken or the clamp itself is damaged.Comment
