[Misc] Risograph tr1510 (no image on master)

hI EVERYBODY,
Good day, I have my problem with my RISOGRAPH TR1510. After i scanned the document, there is no print, when i check the Master, there was no image on it.
Please help.

Well, here's a couple of things - try resetting the memory by holding down the reset key while turning the machine on. But only do that once,
If that doesn't work, make sure all the connectors from the main board to the thermal head are are connected correctly.
If that doesn't work, it is likely the thermal head on that machine is bad.

It could also be that the master was loaded incorrectly and so the thermal side (shiny) is not touching the Thermal print head so it cannot burn the info on the master.

hi, sir, u shall check your THR connection, if connected well, u shall change your THR.
