[Jamming] Riso GR2710 scraper unit problem!

Hi to all

i have problem in riso GR2710 after i resolved cutter and clamp problem , Now when i scanning document everything is well , but when i start copying Paper blocking on paper feed tray and i notice that ( the pickup roller ) does not rotate and not pull papers and machine desplaying up Jam in the tray.

i have checked and cleaning pickup roller
i have cheked roller guide
i have too checked and cleaning paper feed clutch
and i replace the One-way spring.

but without result.

can anyone explain to me what is the problem!!!

If the clutch fires and the silver Feed Tire shaft spins but the FT does not, you have the FT one way cores on backwards.
