    Risograph GR3710

My Riso GR3710 is printing light. Adjusting the density doesn't help. I cleaned the screen and still light. Can anyone stear me in the right direction?

      Cleaned the TP?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

In the drum, the one way bearing in the pulley that drives the squeegee roller might have separated or got filled up with ink, or the rod that produces the ink bead's cylindrical shape between the squeegee and doctor rollers might be broken, but it really sounds like you need to reset the machine, put a confidential master on the drum, and then run at least a half ream of paper through to let the drum re-ink first.
You can pull the ink bottle out of the drum, then look into the cavity where the bottle goes and see the ink bead (sometimes it is helpful to press the drum home button while looking), that will give you greater insight into what's going on.
