error code " S03-2013" belt platen raise/lower error, the BP elevation motor was driven but did not stop in time

and

error code " S35-2083-2" magenta ink supply error, ink detection sensor not sensing ink

after run test mode .

there are still this error code .

I have the same problems with a riso comcolor 9150.

the part on the pictures was blocked and after generated error s03...

how did you resolve your problems pls ?

to resolve "S03-2013" series


You must use the tool to adjust the balance of the BP elevation


That was Installed by 4 Cable



The 4 cable should make the perfectly balanced BP elevation

i get a new error s98-1812-03 or s98-1811-03
