GR1700s Two Machines, Two Feed Issues

I have two slightly different GR1700s which are each having various feed issues.

One keeps giving me paper feed issues, specifically C37. It seems like the pick up roller and scraper roller are fine, but perhaps keeps getting stuck at the stripper plate. It feeds 1 sheet after a dozen tries but gets stuck immediately after. All paper stock settings are correct. This model has additional paper stock pressure controls.

The second one is displaying error C33, unable to reset, with no visible original stuck in the original feed ramp. Again, the feed rollers in the ADF unit don't appear to be worn, but maybe it's a little unclear what that looks like at this point. Both the stripper pad and the pickup pad seem fine and the spring still springy. It seems related to this post http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/di...so-gr1700.html but I'm having a hard time making sense of it.

Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!

In an update to this, I changed the stripper pad on the paper feed, but now it seems like the pickup roller (which isn't apparently worn down) doesn't seem to be rotating or working in conjunction with the rest of the feed system. Any advice on this?

Check the belt that drives the rollers in the document feeder and the associated belt drive hardware for damage. And make sure the belt tension adjustment is correct.
