master area 4 light on

TURN ON RISO 390 master area --location 4 light on
turn on powerand press print left and right arrow test mode not working
friday making a master , not took out old master then making the master
the light on master area 4
any advice are welcome

Check the white plastic rollers on the drum for damage first, I guess. There are three of them.

my riso 390 have some problem for master remove
then we manual took out the master each time before master making
sometime master making correct but it still in the chamber an error happen
so we took out the used master ,and turn off the machine
press print position and turn on machine do the test mode to see the drum clamp plate open and close
881 enter --stop
884 start
884

this check the clamp plate open and close
then 887 because one master already making --
take drum out and clean ,put it back turn off the machine
turn on machine again do the normal printing ---
this time old master did not took out do the same thing as before but master making area light on area 4
drum and master green button , light off

Still, you need to check the white plastic rollers, most likely in this case the one on the bar just clockwise from the master clamp. That bar pushes the master out from under the master clamp so that the master will ride up the master removal hooks and into the disposal rollers.
Just for future reference, cleaning the drum will not make any difference for a master removal problem unless you can visually see an obvious problem with drum inking. No need to get your hands inked up for nothing.
One other thing - you can use normal English here, it's kind of tough to efficiently find the answer you need if you don't do that.

master removal procedure had a long time abnormal , machine only do the master making and printing
master sensor bad (master removal unit) ?

What's the error code on the display? That will help point to master loading or disposal for the begining of the problem.

like you said , i also wish the machine will show me the error code ,
no , no error code only on the face screen location 4 light on
print drum and master release button light off when you push the botton
only way is there is a small hole for the screw driver insert in and release the print drum and master making unit

serviceman safety switch --back cover
master disposal box safety switch
print drum safety switch
master making unit safety switch ----
pull out master making unit green handle --connect to the master making u lock solenoid ,some worn out on plastic cause the problem
