Hi,
I've been having problem with red color drum that won't ink properly, I could see the master created perfect but ink just doesn't get through it. it sometimes even give me an error saying there is no ink - even with the full/genuine ink tube. I fount this post related to the problem very helpful, especially this part,
"make sure your ink detector sensors ass'y is plugged in {the white part on top of the ink housing} also remove and clean the filter inside the pump nozzle {black plastic where cartridge goes in}two screws and it's out you'll see a metal screen with a rubber ring on it usually I take it off and dispose of it and use oem ink and problem solve"

I really want to try but having problem locating the ink detector sensor/fpump nozzle on drum. I'd really appreciate if someone could give me more specific direction to find those and any tips on cleaning process are welcome!
Second problem is that i finally managed to install windows xp on my imac (10.6.8) through virtualBox (my friend did, it was magical) and set up driver and risomanager etc. When i sent the file to print, it won't show up on printer (like there were no response at all) and on print manger thing, it kept showing "out of paper" message. I've checked all the paper size setting so it was the right size paper on the paper feed, I also had to press feed button to make sure it's on its print-ready-height and also i made sure it was local mode saying ready to receive print data on tough screen of printer. does anyone had this experience?
