Risograph RC 6300 - 'Empty Disposal Box' message

I'm receiving this message despite the box being empty.

Any suggestions on possible causes?

Disposal wrap in the rollers that drive it into the box

Thank you much. It does appear to be the problem.

Is there a simple way to service this, or do I have to start taking this machine apart?

Remove disposal box. Slide scanner all the way over (I think that's how it moves- long time since seen one). One metal clip/locking tab lever on each end of the top disposal roller bar. Unlock it and it should lift straight up. Might want to wear rubber gloves. Check with a flashlight the lower roller assy also and make sure you get all the old master.
