    RZ-220 Shrink copies

    I tried using the test mode 547 but it does not help. Documents still is smaller. any help?

    Any chance you could post a picture of what you are experiencing? And maybe the master count?
    I have some ideas about this, but I'd prefer not to take a wild swing at this, tell you wrong things and waste your time.

      Attach are original and copy samples. noticeable is the amount of shrinkage. Master count is 28,417

            Clean the write roller (I use belt cleaner- trying to rejuvenate the rubber) or just replace the write roller. TM 547 is typically -6, you can go increments of 10 and see how it goes. Turn it to +20 and see if you are on the right track.

                Update
                Clean the write roller and the quality improved. Will order roller and replacing it should correct issue I guess.
